Summary of Expertise:

I have a strong call to action and very passionate about personal accountability; these drive my coaching philosophy when working with leaders and businesses to bring about positive change. My extensive work with SPDC leaders and leadership behaviours gave me adequate experience and exposure in creating leaders from managers by creating self-awareness, understanding their status quo, identifying where they should be as leaders and strategizing how to get there. These are reinforced by self-development action plans and feedback hinged on personal accountability to create sustainable positive change for the individual and the business. As an author, my clients also get a copy of my book: Nuggets of Self-Development.

Some Results Achieved:

1

A senior leader was promoted to C-Suite level, without all required competences. Extensively worked with them through Insolitus customized 360-degree assessment and CLIENT framework to address desired behaviour. This resulted in enhanced Executive presence and leadership status for the job, through personal and professional development, and relational growth in dealing with others.

2

C-suite leader with a high-pressured job in a VUCA industry was seeking to create “balance” in his life. He also had to deal with the prospects of career transition. He was able to refocus his attention, taking interest in mentoring young engineers, particularly on developing their technical competences & developing a robust succession planning for career development and business continuity; also made conscious efforts at striking a right balance between work and preparations for career transition

3

Senior leader needed coaching following his 360-degree feedback. Coaching brought out some qualities that enabled him work better with colleagues and subordinates. Managing his emotions, showing better empathy and better listening attributes provided quality relationships with his colleagues.
